02:37 pm - mmhmm hey. so remember when my band played at juanita's and there was that guy, tim, from XS records. and he said we did really good. and we gave him a demo. well he called mark today. he wants to meet with us at 3 to "discuss some things.".... im all nervous now, i wanna know what is going to be said. but i cant go, its my sisters birthday. but mark is gonna tell me later. eeeeeee. happy 16th birthday kelly! best sister ever, i swear. 11:12 pm lets see....whats going on with me..... nothing of really excitement is going on. brave new heart has shows every weekend, which is amazing. im sooo glad i have been given this opportunity. the one thing that i really live to do, and want to do with my life is actually happening. we are going to finish recording next week, there are talks of a small, one week tour with kingdown this summer. hopefully that with become a reality. things are coming together for us. woot. school is going good. classes are too bad....yet. things should be picking up in my interior design classes next week. boooo for projects. booo. sherri dupree (eisley) is the prettiest girl in the whole world....girls with pretty voices are my fav. ive been kinda down and out lately. it may not have been noticable, but i have was. i think im done with that though. it just felt like i was missing someone. but i wish i knew who... maybe im missing the girl of my dreams, the girl in my dreams...if only she were real. i feel that shes right in front of me, i just havent noticed her. one day, soon i hope, she'll reveal  herself. anyway, enough of that. all is well. love. 07:33 pm - blah i realize that i havent made an update in a while. but i havent had much to write about. hmm, lets see if i can find something. well i guess i could to talk about the show we had on friday. it was at downtown music here in little rock. and yes its a metal place, and yes we played with metal band, minus our boyz clementime. it was pretty annoying, esp the hardcore metal/punk band from sweden. sheesh. but what other bands can say theyve opened for that? not many. oh heres something that bothers me. why is it that when i say i dont want to do something/ go somewhere, people still try to convince me to go? why cant i just say no and they leave it at that. why do they have to try and put a guilt trip on me and attempt to make me feel bad for not going. i realize that im a super cool guy and people want to be around me all the time, but sometimes i just want to sit at home during spring break. sometimes i need time to just let my brain stop. in other news, friday is my birthday. and its going to be a busy day. first, BRAVE NEW HEART has a show at blank generation in little rock. second, my sisters german foreign exchange student, monika will be arriving. what a way to spend turning 20. happy birthday, heres a german, by the way youre sleeping on the couch, cuz shes going to need your bed. ...thanks guys it means a lot. heh also my goldfish fish died. literally the day after i posted the picture of him on here. 07:30 pm - GOLDFISH!! woohoo i got a goldfish. his name is Jacques Cousteau. not to be confused with the real Jacques Cousteau, the great undersea explorer as seen here: anyway, the fish is the coolest thing ever. hes a lot of fun to watch. esp. when you are having a bad, like i am today....long story, if you want to know, ill tell ya. but it will get better because my family is coming up here for my dad's birthday. he's turning 47 today. so happy birthday, pops! your the bestest dad ive ever had....also the only one.  so yay dad.
